Ove godine, sudjelujem u koautorstvu s dva Älanka/predavanja u zborniku MIPRA u okviru sekcije DE. Ujedno, već od sijeÄnja 2015. imam na recenziji 28 Älanaka koje su poslali ostali kolege.
Prvi Älanak nosi naslov “Analysis and recommendations for e-business development in Croatia”. KoriÅ¡tenjem EU:DESI 2015, UN: eGovernment results assessed according to UN eGov Survey 2014, EUROSTAT eInvoicing data, WEF: Global Competitiveness Report 2014-2015 i Global Information Technology Report 2014., objasnit će se zaÅ¡to RH po e-business i e-government uslugama spada na samo dno EU 28 i kraj prve trećine svijeta. Abstract – In this paper we are researching development of e-business in Croatia in the last decade, with special emphasis on legislation, organization and state influence, along with the influence of other relevant and potential stakeholders. The influence of Croatian inclusion into the European Union has been analyzed, both before and after the inclusion in 2013. The main directions of e-business development in Croatia are presented. Main segments of e-business have been analyzed (b2b – business-to-business, b2g – business-to-government and c2g – citizen-to-government). EU DESI, UN e-Government Survey, e-Participation Index (EPI), World Economic Forum (WEF) data, UN Open Government Data (OGD) and other relevant indices have been studied and interpreted. In the closing part of the paper, guidelines for development of e-business in Croatia are presented along with our conclusions, specifying e-business as a key element for the evolution of digital economy and digital society.

U drugom Älanku fokus je na mikro i makroekonomiju, pa mu je naslov “Microeconomic and macroeconomic overview of ICT technology as a primary driver behind the digital economy”. Dosta zanimljivi i neintuitivni podaci. Objasnit će se i zaÅ¡to one države koje IT tehnologije viÅ¡e koriste daleko bolje prolaze od onih država koje IT tehnologije proizvode. Micro and macroeconomic overview of ICT technology as primary driver behind the digital economy
Abstract: Widespread implementation and ubiquitous beneficial Impact of ICT technologies is often praised as a decisive factor demarcating the frontier between “oldâ€, classical, and “new†models of digital economies. However, exact quantitative analysis of such impact on a micro and macro level shows some surprising results. There are no unique conclusions that could be applied to all countries and in all timespans. ICT technologies are subjects to diminishing returns law more than any other, their impact is notoriously difficult to measure and carries a number of hidden and sunk costs and transfer effects. Furthermore, there is a distinctive difference in yields derived from ICT technologies in national economies depending on their use or development and production. On a microeconomic level of a single company, only investments in those ICT technologies that aim to preserve and increase value of the information capital can be economically justified. In this paper, the authors will research and describe impact of implementation of ICT technologies on the corporate level and aggregate measures of national economies.
Keywords: ICT, information capital, digital economy, GNP, productivity
